Final responsibility for delivery rests exclusively with the Sponsor.Non-Compliance Protocol: If the Sponsor fails to deliver, Top Gamer disclaims all compensatory liability, limiting its action to providing the winner with the necessary contact vectors so that they may manage their claim directly with the providing entity.2. Experience Optimization and Data Synchronization Protocols
